At Mud & Misfits, we want you to love your gear. If something's wrong, we'll fix it. Simple.

We're not here to fight you over a refund. If we messed up your order or your shirt showed up looking like it lost a battle, we've got you.

We cover:

• Wrong item sent — because that's on us, not you
• Damaged or defective products — no one's wearing that

Got an issue? Hit us up within 30 days of your purchase at support@mudandmisfits.com with your order number and a quick rundown of what went wrong. We're real people. We'll sort it out.

And do yourself a favor — follow the care instructions that come with your shirt. We can't refund a tee that went through the dryer on high three times. That's between you and your laundry habits.
